Denver Neighborhoods That Deserve More Love (And Why I’m Obsessed)

Some days, I can’t drive through certain Denver neighborhoods without imagining myself moving in. A Freida McFadden reading nook in the corner. Trick-or-treaters knocking on my porch. Lofi playing in the background while I fold laundry in a brand-new living room.

Okay — maybe that’s the Realtor in me. But tell me you don’t do this too?

I showed a few houses last week, and it got me thinking: some neighborhoods in and around Denver don’t get nearly enough love. Let’s fix that.

🌳 Mayfair & Platt Park

Tree-lined streets, charming porches, and that “sip lemonade all summer long” vibe. Perfect if you want classic Denver character with a slower pace.

☕ South Pearl St & Tennyson (Berkeley)

More lively, with Saturday morning farmers markets, cozy cafés, and restaurants that pull you outside to explore.

🏡 Green Valley Ranch & Lowry

Bigger homes, spacious backyards, and schools that make these neighborhoods favorites for families.

Each one has its own rhythm, its own community energy — and exploring them is half the fun of finding where you fit best.

And as always — no matter what the headlines say, I’m here, working away, helping Denver locals make real estate decisions that feel good. I’ve got time for you, too.
