Nope. If you're not pre-approved yet, I can connect you with lenders I trust so we can get that piece in place. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk.

Nothing out of pocket. As a buyer's agent, my fee is paid by the seller or builder — not you. You get full representation, negotiation, and expert guidance at no cost to you.

I'm not moving for 6+ months. Is it too early to reach out?

Not at all — actually, the earlier the better. The more lead time we have, the more strategic we can be about timing, neighborhoods, and new construction timelines. Starting early never hurts.

I'm out of state. Can we still work together?

Absolutely. Relocation buyers are my specialty. We start virtually — video consults, neighborhood breakdowns, virtual tours — and you come out in person when you're ready to see your top picks.
