💼

You're relocating for work

You got the offer, you said yes, and now you have 60 days to figure out where you're living. I've got you — we can move fast without cutting corners.

You're making a fresh start

Maybe Denver has been on your vision board for a while. You're ready to plant roots somewhere new and you want to do it in a home that actually fits your life.

🏔️

You've done the research, now you need a guide

You know you want Denver. You've been on Zillow at midnight. Now you need someone on the ground who can tell you what those listings actually mean.

How it works

Buying from out of state, step by step

Step 01

We start with a virtual coffee consult

No forms to fill out, no pressure. Just a real conversation over video about what you're looking for, what matters most, and what your timeline looks like.

By the end of the call, you'll know exactly what working together looks like and I'll know enough to start curating options for you.

  • 30–45 minute video call, no commitment required
  • We'll talk budget, neighborhoods, must-haves and nice-to-haves
  • I'll answer every question you have about the Denver market right now

Step 02

I send you a personalized neighborhood breakdown

Denver isn't one-size-fits-all. Cherry Creek feels totally different from Highlands, which feels nothing like Sloan's Lake. I'll match you to the neighborhoods that fit your actual lifestyle — not just your price range.

You'll get a curated guide with the real scoop on each area, including walkability, commute times, coffee spots, and what's being built nearby.

  • Personalized neighborhood match based on your priorities
  • Honest pros and cons — not just what looks good on paper
  • New construction communities highlighted where relevant

Step 03

Virtual tours first, in-person when you're ready

I'll do video walkthroughs of your top picks so you're not flying out for homes that won't work. I'll share my honest take — the good, the weird, the deal-breakers — so you can narrow down before you book a flight.

When you're ready to visit, we'll pack your trip with the homes most worth your time and I'll be there with you every step.

  • Live video tours with my real-time commentary
  • Recorded walkthroughs you can rewatch and share
  • In-person tour day planned around your schedule
  • New construction model home visits included

Step 04

Offer, negotiation, and close — I handle it all

When you find the one, I take over. I'll write a strong offer, negotiate on your behalf, and walk you through every document so nothing is a surprise.

For new construction specifically, I know how to negotiate builder incentives, upgrades, and closing costs — which most buyers don't know is even possible.

  • Offer strategy tailored to current Denver market conditions
  • Builder contract review and upgrade negotiation
  • Clear timeline so you always know what's next
  • Remote closing options available — no second trip required

Common questions

What people always ask me

Do I have to be in Denver to work with you?

Not at all. I work with out-of-state buyers all the time. We start virtually — video tours, neighborhood breakdowns, market updates — and you come out in person when you're ready to see your top picks. Many of my clients have gone under contract after just one in-person visit.

What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

Nothing out of pocket. As a buyer's agent, my fee is paid by the seller or the builder — not you. You get expert guidance, negotiation, and full representation at no cost to you.

How long does the process usually take for relocation buyers?

It depends on your timeline and how quickly you want to move, but most of my relocation clients go from first call to closing in 60–90 days. If you need to move faster, we can absolutely make that work — especially with new construction homes that are already built or close to complete.

Is new construction a good option for someone relocating?

Honestly, it's often the best option. New construction means no competing offers, no surprise repairs, and builder warranties that protect you after you move in. As a new construction specialist, I also know how to negotiate incentives and upgrades that most buyers don't even know to ask for.

What areas do you cover in the Denver metro?

I cover the full Denver metro — Denver proper, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Brighton, Thornton, Westminster, and beyond. If you're not sure which suburb fits your lifestyle, that's exactly what our first call is for.

The area most agents overlook

The DIA Corridor — slept on, not for long.

Most agents default to the same handful of neighborhoods everyone already knows. I cover the DIA corridor — and I cover it intentionally. This stretch of northeast Denver and Adams County is one of the most underserved markets when it comes to buyer representation, and one of the most overlooked opportunities in the metro.

Commerce City (80022) in particular is having a real moment. New construction is going up, prices are still accessible compared to the rest of the metro, and the location — close to DIA, close to downtown, close to the highway — makes it genuinely strategic for commuters, remote workers, and relocators who want more house for their dollar.

If you're open to living east of I-25 and north of I-70, we should talk. This corridor has communities most buyers never hear about — and I know them.

Commerce City · 80022
New construction · accessible pricing · strong community growth
Brighton · 80601 / 80602
Fastest growing suburb near DIA · newer master-planned communities
Reunion · 80022 / 80019
Master-planned community · resort-style amenities · easy DIA access
Green Valley Ranch · 80249
Established northeast Denver · diverse community · minutes from DIA
Aurora (north) · 80011 / 80010
Accessible entry point · DIA corridor · strong rental and resale demand
